// ACCOUNT
Create an Account and Save Your Credentials
Open the VPNRM user dashboard using the link below and create an account with a username and password. No email address is required. Before you begin, choose a username you’ll recognize and a password you don’t use on other sites. Follow the on-screen instructions to access your account. If you already have one, sign in with your existing details—there’s no need to create another account to set up a different device.
After creating your account, save your username and password in a trusted password manager before choosing a plan. Don’t rely on your browser’s saved login state as a substitute; you may need to sign in again after switching browsers or clearing site data. If the username is already taken, try another one. If the form reports an input error, check the guidance next to the field.
Manage orders, subscriptions, and support tickets under the same account. VPNRM supports unlimited simultaneous devices, so you can configure computers and mobile devices with a subscription from one account. Your login details are for managing the service; your subscription URL lets the client retrieve server configurations. They serve different purposes, and the next steps cover each one.

// PLAN ALLOCATION
Choose a Plan and Review Your Order
After signing in, open the plans section of the user dashboard. First decide whether you’ll use the service regularly or only occasionally. Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. This is not a reset at the start of each calendar month; check your account dashboard for the exact billing cycle.
If you prefer to pay based on usage, consider a data package: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data packages remain valid until used and never expire. Monthly subscriptions and data packages work differently, so compare the billing method and data allowance—not just the order total. To compare plans side by side, open the plan details, then return to the dashboard when you’re ready.
Once you’ve chosen a plan, check the plan name, price, and data allowance on the order confirmation screen. Follow the prompts to pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Return to the dashboard and check your order and plan status; don’t assume the service is active based only on the payment page. If the status hasn’t updated, refresh the order or check the account overview before submitting another payment.
VPNRM offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy. If you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days; check the dashboard for the exact change. For your initial setup, just confirm that your current plan is active—there’s no need to arrange an upgrade or renewal in advance. For billing questions, see the Help Center and Terms of Service.

// SUBSCRIPTION HANDOFF
Get Your Subscription from the User Dashboard
Once your plan is active, open the account overview in the user dashboard and find the subscription option. A subscription lets the client retrieve the server configurations available to your account; it isn’t a webpage bookmark or an installer. First check whether the dashboard offers an import option for your client. If it does, follow the prompts to open the client and accept the configuration.
To import manually, use the copy option in the dashboard to get your subscription URL. Switch directly to the client and paste the full URL under subscription or configuration settings. Don’t use the account overview webpage address as your subscription, and don’t paste the URL into a browser’s address bar. A page opening in your browser doesn’t mean the client has imported the configuration.
Your subscription URL contains account-related access information, so protect it as you would your login details. Don’t post it in public forums or include the full URL in screenshots when asking for help. If the client asks for a configuration name, choose a memorable label. It’s just a local note on your device and doesn’t replace the subscription URL.
After importing, refresh the configuration and check that the server list appears. If the list is empty, return to the account overview to confirm your plan status, then copy the URL again and check that you pasted it in full without extra spaces. Don’t edit characters in the URL or add the same subscription multiple times under similar names. Next, set up the client for your device.

// CLIENT IMPORT
Import a Client for Your Platform
VPNRM supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. This page covers the basic import steps for common devices; the complete guide covers Linux and more detailed day-to-day maintenance. Sign in with an active plan, then get the client and subscription instructions for your platform from the user dashboard. Client links are provided there, so there’s no need to look elsewhere for an installer.
Windows: Desktop Subscription Client
In the dashboard’s client section, select Windows and follow the current installation instructions. Then open the desktop subscription client. If the dashboard offers automatic import, keep the client running, return to the dashboard, and start the import. Confirm the configuration in the client. If your system asks whether to open an app, verify the target app before continuing; this prompt doesn’t mean you’re connected.
Manual imports usually start from a menu such as “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Configuration Management.” Choose the option to add by URL, paste the subscription URL you copied, and save it. Refresh the configuration, then select it once the server list appears. Find the client’s connection toggle and system proxy settings, and enable them as instructed. Simply opening the client or minimizing it to the taskbar doesn’t mean it’s routing your browser traffic.
macOS: Desktop Setup and Network Permissions
Choose the macOS option in the dashboard, install the client, and open it. Use the dashboard’s import option if available. To configure it manually, add the URL in subscription management or the configuration list, save, and refresh. Then set the new configuration as active. If other subscriptions are already on your device, check that you’ve selected the one you just added so the server list matches your expectations.
When you connect, macOS may ask you to approve network permissions or configuration changes. Read the prompt, verify the app’s source, and follow the client’s instructions to grant permission. If the configuration is imported but your browser’s IP hasn’t changed, check the connection toggle and proxy settings instead of repeatedly copying the subscription. Desktop clients may continue running after you close their windows; check the menu bar or client status for the connection state.
Android: Mobile Subscription Client
Open the Android client section in the dashboard and follow the instructions to install and launch the mobile subscription client. On the subscription or configuration page, add the subscription by URL and refresh it. If you use the dashboard’s automatic import option, return to the client and confirm that the configuration is saved and the server list has loaded. Then choose a server and connect.
On the first connection, Android may ask you to authorize a network connection. Check the app name and follow the prompt to allow it. Once connected, switch to the app you want to use and test it. If the connection often drops when you switch apps or lock the screen, check the system’s background activity and battery restrictions for the client. Get the basic connection working first, then adjust settings as needed. For troubleshooting, see Connection and Troubleshooting FAQs.
iOS: Get and Import the Client from the Dashboard
Select iOS in the dashboard and follow the current App Store link and instructions to get a compatible mobile subscription client. App interfaces and availability requirements vary; refer to the dashboard and the current App Store listing. After installation, open the client, then return to the dashboard and use the matching import option. If prompted to confirm the handoff, verify the target app before continuing.
To add a subscription manually, find the client’s subscription, configuration, or add-by-URL option. Paste the full subscription URL, save, and refresh the configuration. Once the server list appears, choose a server and connect, then allow the VPN configuration when prompted by iOS. The system icon is only a useful indicator; still check that you can actually access a site. If you’ve switched between network configurations, make sure the client you just set up is the one currently enabled.

// CONNECTION CHECK
Connect and Verify It Works
After importing, return to the client’s server list, choose a region that suits your needs, and connect. VPNRM covers 110+ countries / 170+ servers, but coverage doesn’t mean every server will work for every website. For your first session, stick with one server and complete all the checks. Don’t keep switching regions before confirming the connection; otherwise, it’s harder to tell whether the issue is with the configuration or the destination site.
First check that the client shows a connected status and that the configuration is enabled. Then open the IP lookup page to check your current exit IP. In rule-based routing mode, the lookup page may use your local connection, so interpret the result in light of the selected mode. Don’t rely on a single icon or IP result alone; also visit the site you need and check that its pages, sign-in, and key features work.
A successful connection doesn’t guarantee that a destination service will allow access. AI tools, streaming platforms, and other international services may also consider your account region, their policies, and your exit location. If a site is unavailable, first check whether other sites work, then try another server in a suitable region. Don’t assume every issue means your subscription has expired, and don’t treat a server’s region as a promise of permanent access.
If nothing loads, check these in order: your device’s network connection, account plan status, subscription refresh, active configuration, and connection toggle. Pause other clients that may also be routing traffic to avoid conflicting settings. Change one thing at a time and reload the destination page after each change; that makes it easier to pinpoint what fixed the issue.
Once you’ve verified the connection, repeat the “get the client → import the subscription → choose a server → verify the connection” steps on your other devices. You don’t need to create another account. Unlimited simultaneous devices doesn’t mean each device needs a separate plan; check your account’s data usage for the actual allowance. For routine use, keep an eye on your plan status and refresh the client subscription as needed. For more details, see the complete guide.
