// ACCOUNT & SUBSCRIPTION
Account & Plans
Check your account before retrieving a profile. Keep your subscription link and password secure, and hide sensitive details in screenshots before sharing them.
Do I need an email address to create an account? How should I protect my login details?
No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Save your login details in a trusted password manager, and make sure you can access the user panel before choosing a plan. Never share your password or subscription link in public notes, group chats, or screenshots. Since account creation does not require email, do not assume you can recover access by email. If you cannot log in, check your keyboard input, capitalization, and whether you are using the right account details. Then visit the Support page to see the available ways to get help. When contacting support, describe what happens when you try to log in—never send your password.
Where can I find my subscription link, and how do I update the server list?
Log in to the user panel and make sure your plan is active. Open the client downloads section and follow the instructions for your platform to get the client and subscription. In the client, open subscription or profile management, select the VPNRM profile, and update it. Once the update is complete, choose an exit route from the server list. The connection toggle does not update your subscription; they serve different purposes. If the update fails, first check that you can open the user panel on your current network, then make sure you selected the right profile. If the problem persists, save the error message and submit a support ticket. Do not post your full subscription link publicly.
Do I need to buy another plan when I switch devices? Which platforms are supported?
There is no device limit for simultaneous connections. Supported platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. You do not need to buy another plan just because you switched devices. Sign in to the same account on your new device, check that your plan is active, then follow the platform-specific instructions to get the client and subscription. Settings and button names can vary by platform, so do not assume the steps are identical. Unlimited devices refers to device access; it does not mean each device gets a separate data allowance. Check the plan details under the same account to see your remaining data. You can remove the local profile from a device you no longer use.
Can I share my subscription link? What should I do if I think it has been exposed?
Your subscription link contains the access details needed to retrieve your configuration. Treat it like your account credentials: do not share it with others or store it in a public repository or shared document. If you think it has been exposed, first remove it from any public locations, then check the subscription management options in the user panel. If a reset option is available, follow the on-screen instructions and re-import the subscription on your own devices. If you cannot find the right option, ask for help through a support ticket. Do not construct or edit link parameters yourself. Changing your account password does not necessarily invalidate the subscription link; follow the user panel instructions or support team's guidance.
// CONNECTION CHECK
Connection & Troubleshooting
Check your local network, plan status, client settings, and target app in that order. Change one thing at a time to pinpoint the issue.
The client says it’s connected, but websites won’t load. What should I check first?
Disconnect the client first and check that your local network can access everyday websites. Then check your plan status and remaining data in the user panel. Update the subscription, choose a different route, and open the target website in your browser to see whether all sites are affected or only that service. Make sure your system proxy settings match the client’s current mode, and check whether another proxy or network tool is controlling the connection. Change one setting at a time so you can identify the cause. If you still cannot connect, note your platform, the client’s error message, the selected region, and what you were doing when the issue occurred. Submit these details in a support ticket without including your password or full subscription link.
Why does an app fail to use the proxy when websites work in my browser?
A working browser connection does not mean every app is using the same route. Some apps ignore the system proxy, or may be affected by the client’s routing rules, the app’s own network settings, or cached background connections. First check in the client that the target domain is assigned to the expected route, then see whether the app has its own proxy settings. If the client offers global mode, try it temporarily for comparison, then restore your usual rules after testing. Close and reopen the app to make it establish a fresh connection. Do not disable system security features just to troubleshoot. If the issue persists, tell support the app name, platform, and what happens.
What should I do if a subscription update fails or no servers appear after importing it?
Log in to the user panel and verify your account and plan to avoid importing another account’s profile into the client. When you retrieve the subscription again, copy the full content provided on the page and check for extra spaces, line breaks, or punctuation added by a chat app. If the client says the format is unsupported, return to the downloads section and check the import instructions for your platform. Do not repeatedly paste content in different formats. Keep your existing profile for comparison and remove it only after confirming the new one works. For a support ticket, include the error message and steps you took. If you attach a screenshot, hide your subscription link and sensitive account details.
How do I reconnect after sleep or switching networks?
After your device sleeps, switches networks, or puts an app in the background, the existing connection may need to be re-established. Make sure the current network is working, then check the client’s connection status. Disconnect and reconnect to the selected route, then reopen the app. On platforms such as Android, check whether the system restricts the client’s background activity and allow it to run in the background as needed. Menu names vary by device. If the same issue happens every time you switch networks, note whether it occurs when changing Wi-Fi networks, waking from sleep, or running in the background. Include your platform and the client’s message in your report rather than simply saying it does not work.
// ROUTE DIAGNOSIS
Speed & Routing
Region is a factor in choosing a route, not a guarantee of access. Keep test conditions consistent when comparing how different exits perform.
Web pages are slow and videos buffer at peak times. How should I switch routes?
First determine whether the issue is local network congestion or the route. Pause large downloads on other devices, check whether regular web pages are slow too, then compare routes using the same content. Choose an exit route that meets the target service’s regional requirements. Avoid changing the client mode, region, and app settings all at once, or it will be hard to tell what helped. Lowering video quality temporarily can help with troubleshooting, but it does not mean the route issue is resolved. Peak-hour performance depends on your local network, your provider’s routing, and the target service—not just the distance to a region. If buffering continues, submit a ticket with the time, region, and steps to reproduce the issue.
How do I choose a server region, and how broad is the coverage?
VPNRM covers 110+ countries with 170+ routes. Choose a route based first on the regions where the target service is available, then on how well it works for you. If the service has specific regional requirements, compare routes that meet them rather than choosing the closest region. For everyday use, keep the routes that work well for you and try alternatives when something goes wrong. Access to a service on one route does not guarantee the same results for every site or piece of content; the target platform’s account, region, and content rules still apply. Check the user panel and updated client list for currently available routes. The server guide explains how to choose.
Should I use the same route for AI tools and streaming?
You do not need to use the same route for every activity. For AI tools, check the service’s supported regions and account requirements, and try to keep your exit route stable during ongoing chats or code generation. For streaming, consider your account region, available catalog, and playback results. Switching routes does not change your account eligibility or guarantee that specific content will always be available. If your client supports rule-based routing, follow its instructions to send different requests through suitable routes. If you are unfamiliar with the rules, test access to each app separately before changing the configuration. When troubleshooting, distinguish between sign-in failures, interrupted requests, and playback issues.
How can I tell whether the problem is the route, the website, or my account?
Keep the test conditions consistent by using the same device and network. First try other international websites, then switch to a route that meets the target service’s regional requirements. If only one site fails, check its service status, account permissions, and region notices. If several destinations are affected, check your local proxy settings, subscription status, and route connection. Browser cache or an old connection can also affect results; close and reopen the page to compare. A speed test does not necessarily reflect how an app performs: downloads, sign-ins, chats, and video playback involve different requests. In a support ticket, list which services work and which do not, and include any readable error messages.
// BILLING & REFUNDS
Billing & Refunds
Choose a monthly plan or data pack based on your usage. For questions about orders, plan validity, or payment status, check the user panel first, then contact support.
How much is a monthly plan? When does data reset, and how are upgrades calculated?
Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB · ¥18/month for 250GB · ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Choose a plan based on how you use it: browsing and occasional access, regular video streaming, and large file transfers all use different amounts of data. Do not choose based only on the number of devices. Monthly data does not reset on the first day of each calendar month; check your account for the exact date. Before upgrading, review the order and plan validity changes shown in the user panel. If you have questions about the amount or dates, keep the page details and ask support to confirm rather than estimating the credit yourself.
How much do data packs cost, and how are they different from monthly plans?
Data packs: ¥158 for 300GB · ¥358 for 1000GB · ¥658 for 3000GB. Data remains valid until used and never expires. Monthly plans reset data on your activation date each month, while data packs are used over time according to your actual usage. Consider whether your access needs are regular and whether data is likely to go unused. A data pack is not a monthly allowance. If you already have a plan, check the user panel for how a new data pack will be displayed or used. If the page does not explain this, ask support before proceeding. Do not assume data from different products will be combined, carried over, or reset on the same date.
Which payment methods are supported, and what should I do if my plan hasn’t updated after payment?
Supported payment methods: Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Start the payment flow from the order page in the user panel and follow the details shown for that order. Do not use payment information forwarded by someone else or reuse details from an old order for a new one. If your plan has not updated after payment, check the original order status and refresh your account overview to confirm the plan and validity period before paying again. If the payment record and order status do not match, submit a support ticket with the order ID, payment method, and a redacted payment receipt. Include only what is needed for verification; never send your account password or unrelated financial information. Follow the support team’s instructions from there.
How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?
VPNRM offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, log in to the user panel, open the support ticket section, and identify the order. Include enough order information for the team to verify it, and review the Terms of Service for the full terms. You do not need to keep switching routes to request a refund. Do not submit order details in public comments. If the issue also involves a mismatch between your payment record and plan status, explain it in the same ticket so it can be handled together. Check the ticket response and payment provider for updates on the refund status, return method, and next steps. Do not assume an arrival time that is not stated on the page. If you cannot log in, visit the Support page for help options.
